Coaching Incentive Program
Coaching incentive applies to all RTCA sport programs
(Soccer, Basketball, Flag Football and Track & Field)
- Parent/Guardian that are selected as a Head Coach will receive their child’s sports activity fee for free
- The Head Coach will receive a stipend for their time, efforts and commitment in the amount of $750
- Parent/Volunteer Coach will receive their child’s sports activity fee for free
- Parent/Volunteer Coach will receive a stipend for their time, efforts and commitment in the amount of $500
- RTCA parent volunteer hours will be satisfied for the year by coaching one of our sports
